Team Operations Specialist 

Salt Lake City

The Team Operations Specialist oversees and manages all incoming and outgoing deliveries to and from Foundation Goods. 

Responsibilities

  • Order and track large items
  • Coordinate timelines and schedules with vendors, design team and customers
  • Communicate with customers, designers and vendors to ensure accuracy and transparency of orders
  • Plan and execute installs 
  • Manage the warehouse and keep it organized
  • Work closely with bookkeeper to track expenses 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or comparable experience in accounting or related field
  • Experience with Shopify and Airtable

Designer 

Salt Lake City

Our design team members demonstrate industry knowledge, design expertise and great communication and organization skills to work closely with each other and clients to create meaningful spaces that resonate with client goals and the Foundation Goods’ aesthetic with an emphasis on comfort, function and timeless beauty. 

Responsibilities

Initiate, plan, present, implement and complete entire design projects including but not limited to:

  • Plan projects
  • Sketch plans/create boards
  • Select finishes, furnishings and materials 
  • Source, track and procure design items (tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, flooring, etc.) 
  • Manage multiple projects at once 
  • Maintain schedule
  • Meet and work closely with team, client, vendors and builders/contractors
  • Be ready to jump in and help with everything from installs, to site visits to unpacking shipments. 

Qualifications

  • Degree or certificate in interior design or equivalent experience

Graphic Designer  

Salt Lake City

description

The Graphic Designer creates original, on-brand, elevated visual assets ensuring continuity in messaging across all channels, including print and digital mediums. This is a part time position with the potential to grow to full time, located in Salt Lake City.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build daily emails (using Klaviyo).
  • Create brand and marketing assets as needed including web assets, digital banners, social/shareable assets, animations, printed assets, event collateral, seasonal catalogues, presentation decks, logos/lockups, page layouts, etc. 
  • Create visual assets for digital channels including paid ads, social media, mobile desktop and more through optimized graphics specific to each format
  • Create clean, formatted design files that can be shared seamlessly
  • Update and adjust designs based on feedback and seasonal changes
  • Execute all design and copy edit requests throughout the design process collaboratively, including proof and production phases for all content prior to release of final 
  • Initiate collaboration with creative team members 
  • Play an active role in achieving brand goals
  • Take initiative by bringing new ideas for creative deliverables and formats to the team through the lens of user experience, effective visual design and innovative, creative problem solving

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (lifestyle, home design or related field preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Knowledge of After Effects or strong interest in learning advanced motion graphics
  • Knowledge of web page design (Shopify experience strongly preferred) 
  • Experience with Klayvio
  • Online portfolio demonstrating experience in digital and print design
  • Experience or familiarity with Adobe suite, MS Office, Slack, G Suite, Dropbox, Asana
