Fabric Care Instructions
Each fabric has unique properties and must be cared for in a specific way in order to maintain the shape, color and integrity of the fabric. In general, most items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For LEE upholstered items, please refer to the fabric care webpage here. If you would like to know the specific cleaning code of your LEE fabric on your upholstered item, please contact us at email@example.com.
Gift cards can be purchased here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout.
We happily accept most returns. Items must be unused and in new condition with original packaging and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Custom orders, flash sale items, and lighting are final sale and are not returnable. All returns must be in the original packaging and larger items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
Online returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving an item and the return must be received by our fulfillment team within 30 days. To initiate a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend returns be sent insured and with tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. In store returns are accepted within 15 days for exchange or refund.
