Fabric Care Instructions
Each fabric has unique properties and must be cared for in a specific way in order to maintain the shape, color and integrity of the fabric. In general, most items are dry clean only, unless otherwise stated on the product page. For LEE upholstered items, please refer to the fabric care webpage here. If you would like to know the specific cleaning code of your LEE fabric on your upholstered item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gift cards can be purchased here. Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout.
Large Furniture + Handling Fees
Custom furniture items will be shipped via Freight. Freight charges will vary due to the size of the item and location it is being shipped to. Standard freight shipments are not able to ship to Hawaii or overseas. You will receive a separate invoice of these charges from a representative. Please contact us at email@example.com for any questions regarding freight charges or to obtain a quote prior to ordering. Some large furniture items require handling fees in addition to the shipping charges. Handling fees cover the cost of storage, packaging and handling costs. Handling fees are stated on the product description and are charged per item; shipping is calculated at checkout.
We update our website with the estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Due to demand and unforeseen delays within production, the estimated lead time is subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Please note, lead times do not include shipping times.
Local Delivery & In-Store Pickup
Local delivery option as well as in-store pickup is available for most of our items. Artwork and some large furniture pieces may not be eligible for in-store pickup or local delivery. Local is considered 50 miles from Salt Lake City zip code 84115. This is charged at a $50-150 flat rate depending on your location. All orders shipping within the state of Utah are subject to 7.1% sales tax.
We happily accept most returns. Items must be unused and in new condition with original packaging and tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Custom orders, flash sale items, and lighting are final sale and are not returnable. All returns must be in the original packaging and larger items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed.
Online returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving an item and the return must be received by our fulfillment team within 30 days. To initiate a return or exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. We recommend returns be sent insured and with tracking as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items. In store returns are accepted within 15 days for exchange or refund.

Standard Delivery does not include the set-up or installation of any electrical equipment or home electronics, or any component, electrical, or plumbing hookup. Delivery does not include any assembly or the removal of shipping material and boxes.
White Glove Delivery – Please contact us for a quote. We remove the packing, and we clean up. We take care of it all, leaving nothing but a natural looking arrangement to your specifications. White Glove Delivery includes placement, assembly and the removal of shipping material and boxes.
Always pre-measure the space where your item is to be placed to make sure it will fit. Also, pre-measure entryways, doors, stairways and walkways to ensure that items can be carried into your home.
Refused orders are subject to return freight except in the event of damage. Customers must sign for proof of delivery ensuring that all goods have been inspected prior to signing. Should any merchandise be damaged, it must be noted on the proof of delivery note. Once the proof of delivery note has been signed stating the merchandise is in good condition, no repairs, replacements, exchanges or returns of any kind will be accepted.
