We were delighted to see how Olivia Beth Gochnour of @oliviabeth and @utahgrubs elevated an afternoon of simple snacks and drinks with some upgraded basics from the shop. Something as simple as squeezing a lime into your drink can feel (and look) special with the right goods on hand.
According to Olivia, the fresh lime is the best part of a Diet Coke! Here are a few more of our favorite uses for fresh citrus:
- A glass of room temperature water in our Nantucket Glass first thing in the morning with a squeeze of fresh lemon is the perfect way to start the day.
- Mint limeade with fresh limes and garden mint is how we’re using the mint currently taking over the window box. Served from our Montauk Glass Pitcher, it feels extra special.
- A twist of lemon over a handful of arugula tossed with olive oil, salt, freshly cracked pepper and goat cheese is the summer lunch of our dreams, especially served using our Ojai Serving Bowl and Wrightsville Salad Servers. Add a sliced nectarine for good measure!
